As you can see from our photos, Arenarooms look great even when they surround a window, or any other wall feature or furniture. Our wallpaper is simple to remove. Just soak the wallpaper with water and a sponge and your Arenaroom should peel off the wall in large strips. See our How to install video for further instructions. Please note that once removed you cannot re-hang your wallpaper.
Yes - our online product is water-activated (so there is no need for paste) and very simple to install. Just follow our How-to video and step-by-step guide. If you'd prefer to use a professional, feel free to give us a call on +44 (0) 203 935 7090 and we will recommend you a local installer who can help.
Make sure you have properly activated the wallpaper adhesive by making sure it's completely covered with water, through the "booking" process, before applying it to the wall. If the adhesive has not been activated, it may be difficult for the paper to stick to the walls. If you follow our instructions for applying the wallpaper, your paper should stick to the wall without any problems. However, if your paper does not stick, some would recommend applying additional adhesive, that has been thinned down, to the back of the paper. Be cautious when adding additional paste to pre-pasted paper because it can make removing the wallpaper more difficult later on.
Please check for any damage caused in transit upon receipt of your Arenaroom bathbox from the courier. If the package has been damaged, you should sign for it as "Damaged in Transit". Call or email us within 48 hours of receiving your wallpaper. If emailing, please provide a picture/s of the damage.
Yes we deliver almost anywhere in the world. If you’re ordering online the delivery costs will appear when you enter your delivery address. If you’re ordering via our 1-to-1 bespoke service we will tell you the delivery cost over the phone. Delivery to the UK is free!
Our wallpaper is made bespoke and specifically cut to size for your order so we can only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that we are not able to offer exchange or refunds in the event that the wallpaper is the wrong size as a result of a measurement error. In the instance of the wallpaper not being the correct size, please see our Terms of Service, that you will have agreed to at the time of purchasing.
We will also not be able to refund any monies if the customer, or a chosen professional, has attempted to fit the wallpaper, and then tries to return the product for any reason.
We aim to deliver your custom-made Arenaroom to you within 14 days in the UK and 21 days internationally. This can vary depending on the courier, and sometimes it may take longer if we may have sudden increases in demand, plus we may need a little time to make sure your order is 100% perfect before we dispatch it. We will notify you if there is going to be a significant delay with your order.

We highly recommend you select "Add trim" when you are ordering online using our room planner. This will add 25mm of extra paper to the top and bottom of your Arenaroom and ensures your design looks perfect once installed. Once installed you will need to trim the excess off. If you do not allow for trim, any misalignment with your walls or surface could result in your design not fitting flush. Adding trim ensures you get the best results!
If only part of your wall is free to cover with wallpaper, no problem! Your Arenaroom will still look great! If you'd like to order part of a wall, please call us on +44 (0) 203 935 7090 and we will create a bespoke order for you over the phone.
Our online product is called "Smooth". This is a very high quality, 225gsm wall covering, with a smooth, satin sheen finish. Two further wallpaper types are available with our 1-to-1 bespoke service.
